About Jill

Jill Stewart

A long track record of providing first-class service; from the moment a prospective client calls to the day of closing and beyond!

Jill has been involved in the real estate industry for as long as she can remember.

I learned all about location, location, location while completing my Honours B. A. in Applied Geography at Ryerson. Growing-up in Chatham Ontario, I was often taken to Toronto by my parents and was totally enamored. I knew that someday I would be involved with urban development.

After a brief stint as a realtor in the early eighties, Jill became the Market Analyst for the Toronto Home Builder's Association and than Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Her love of neighbourhoods and genuine desire to help others find the right home prompted Jill to return to the sales side of the industry and join Royal Lepage. She has never looked back.

Her business has grown through referrals, as impressed clients pass her name to family, friends and colleagues. Her hard work and reputation has awarded her the Royal LePage President's Gold, Platinum and Diamond Awards. She become an accredited broker in 2006 and has a Planner designation identifying her as a seniors specialist. Jill is also on the CMHC consultancy list.

Personal life and family

Her second profession has been as a Hockey Mom. She has sat rink side watching her son Stew (last name, D'Eall) advance from House League, to Select, to Double A, to OTHL and OHL.

The experience has meant a lot to Jill:

Nothing has been more gratifying than to witness my son grow as a player and more importantly as a person. He's had his share of ups and downs, wins and loses, cuts and scrapes. Now playing defense for the Ryerson Rams, I feel he is lucky to be learning how to withstand adversity and work as a team while also getting his degree.

Stew plans to pursue a career in real estate one day.

Crystal, Mary, Jess, Alex, and Steve are more young people that Jill keeps dear to her heart. "It takes a community to raise a child.

What is also dear to Jill is time spent sailing. She moors her C&C 27' at Queens City Yacht Club on the Toronto Islands. By riding her bike from her High Park home she can be on the water in 45 minutes. She can enjoy the pleasure of the outdoors while taking care of the environment. "It's perfect. The Toronto Islands are my cottage country and 'Let Go' my cabin".

Her other interest are keeping a pulse on neighbourhood developments and supporting the local arts community. Last but not least, Jill knows the importance of keeping healthy so she keeps space in her life for regular tennis, yoga, worship and healthy cooking.
