Jill’s past as a Toronto civic planner

civic planner

Jill Stewart has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years. After receiving an Honours B.A. in Applied Geography, she began her real estate career with a residential broker in midtown Toronto, then served as a Market Analyst for the Toronto Home Builders Association and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Her love of neighbourhoods and genuine desire to help others led Jill to return to the sales side of the industry and join Royal LePage.

As someone who has worked as a civic planner in the Toronto permits office Jill has the experience to help you evaluate the quality of your potential home's fittings and infrastructure. For those of you into renovation, Jill has a lot of good advice and inside information to share on how to get your permits quickly and easily.

You can reach Jill at  (416) 236-1871 with any questions you might have about permits or zoning in Toronto's West End.
