Central Etobicoke

What is it that attracts people to Central Etobicoke? Perhaps it is the great community facilities, or the multicultural neighbourhood, or the nice sized yards that come with the reconstructed bungalows. Many of the houses have been added a second storey or torn down and rebuilt. However, in many cases prices of the land are higher than those of the homes.

This neighbourhood has good reputation for its many quality schools and many parks that follow Etobicoke Creek. This area has a higher turnover, and families living here tend to be of younger age. They appreciate the multicultural neighbourhood Central Etobicoke can provide them.

Because of the proximity of the Toronto Pearson International Airport, there is quite a few flight attendants and pilots living in this area.

The best kept secret of this area would be the Winners discount fashion store inside the Cloverdale Mall shopping center (250 The East Mall, Etobicoke, ON, M9B3Y8, tel: 416 236-1669) – I shop there all the time...
