Developing a Marketing Plan

The strategy

The main objective of the marketing plan is to create awareness of the home and create excitement regarding the opportunity it offers to potential buyers.

This is achieved in three ways:

  • Creating the Frame (showing your home to its greatest potential)
  • Presenting the Home (disclose and inform)
  • Spreading the Word (marketing)
