Open House

OPEN HOUSE
A well planned and carefully orchestrated open house can be of vital importance in creating the frame. The steps necessary to conduct a successful open house include:
- A Planning session to establish optimum times, your responsibilities and to review how the open house will be conducted.
- Advance promotion to invite as many potential buyers as possible as well as other Real Estate Agents active in the neighbourhood.
- Ensure that proper signage and directional aids are set up to identify your property as the open house.
- Myself or an associate will be on duty at all times during the open house to answer questions and speak to all interested parties.
- Distribute a full colour multi-page feature sheet to all serious purchasers.
- Feature cards will be positioned through the house highlighting the finer points of your property to ensure these are not over looked by potential buyers.
- Personal care will be taken to ensure the security of your property. Following the Open House, your property will be locked up and made secure for your return.
- You will be contacted shortly after the open House to discuss the results. Topics will include turnout, how your property shows, number of leads generated and recommendations as how to enhance the process for future showings.
