Pre-qualify prospective purchasers.
Provide a complete and consise explanation of all clauses and terms in an "Agreement of Purchase and Sale"
Provide helpful advice, an objective point of view and skullful assistance in the negotiation of the Agreements of Purchase and Sale
Forward all documentation after an offer is accepted to your lawyer
