  • Set up the listing agreement which details the nature of our relationship including the duration of the contract and the agreed upon commission formulae which will be followed.
  • Provide you with a written guarantee of service
  • Obtain the following legal documents
  • Provide (on request) a Net Equity Calculation form for you to determine the amount of money left when the transaction is completed and all disbursements have been paid out.
  • Explaing various financing options that can be arranged to secure a sale and /or bridge financing between transactions (if necessary).
  • Pre-qualify prospective purchasers.
  • Provide a complete and consise explanation of all clauses and terms in an "Agreement of Purchase and Sale"
  • Provide helpful advice, an objective point of view and skullful assistance in the negotiation of the Agreements of Purchase and Sale
  • Forward all documentation after an offer is accepted to your lawyer
