How do you keep track of it all? - the sale and all the attendant brouhaha.

I make it easy for you with a report every two days from just before your house goes on the market until it sells. Here's how my process works:

  • Provide you with a Marketing Service Report at least once every two days
  • Report to you on all showings and provide feedback from all prospects
  • Keep you informed of all activities throughout the process
  • Report to your on changes in the immediate market (e. new listings, recent sales) and prevailing market conditions which may affect the listing.
